The batch of 2020 had always thought that they would get a farewell when we bid farewell to Covid-19, but the Social and Dramatic Union of the Jai Hind College made it possible. The SDU arranged a farewell for the batch of 2020 in the Gymkhana. The committee members hyped the event and made sure that there was no stone unturned to make this day memorable. Our feet were glued to the dance floor with DJs like Saiyam, Nelson and Mullan.
The students were given a diary, imprinted in which were the words “Class of 2020”. Then comes the ritual of letting releasing a bunch of ballons, they were blue and white in colour. These colours denote peace and prosperity. Jai Hind College wishes that all its students reach heights. The students may have to let go off the ballons but they will always hold on to memories!!
